Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos showing the issue. We will review the claim and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
